Sultanas 3kg

Predominantly the main country of origin of our Sultanas is Turkey. Turkish Sultanas are grown in the area surrounding the Western City of Izmir and are derived from the same fresh grape as a Raisin.

The only difference between the two is Sultanas are dipped in a potassium carbonate solution to help weaken the skin of the fresh grape which will aid the drying process and help the Sultanas to gain the lighter finish customers come to expect.
