Although every care is taken in the quality of content on this site, occasionally errors can occur such as incorrect prices being displayed or not updated. If a product is therefore ordered in this situation the buyer will be notified by the seller to offer a cancellation of the product/order or an updated order using the correct prices.
 

Privacy Policy 

When you register and use this site, you will be asked to provide certain information such as your name, contact details and payment details.

Card details entered via our checkout section are securely used through conventional payment methods.

The buyer is responsible for keeping their details secure by confirming to log out at the end of each session and not share their details with third parties.

9.5 If an order has been made and paid for without the knowledge or authorization of the buyer themselves Chelmer Food Service cannot be held responsible. In this instance, Chelmer Food Service can only refund the customer if the order has not been dispatched within 1 working day.

Some product details show health information for specific products, however, we cannot guarantee zero cross-contamination with other ingredients. Chelmer Food Service works in an environment with many products, including some containing gluten, nuts, and seeds. In manufacturing each product, steps have been taken to minimize cross-contamination. Please ask us about the steps we have taken to minimize cross-contamination if you are concerned. 

Changes of Terms and Conditions 

We may change or alter our terms and conditions without notification to the buyers. We strongly recommend you visit this page frequently where changes will be shown highlighted in bold for the period of 30 days.

Refund policy

Any damaged goods or incorrect goods received must be notified to us within 5 working days.

When the buyer makes a claim for a damaged/incorrect product, the goods must be returned to Chelmer Food Service within 14 working days in the same condition the products were received via recorded delivery and securely packaged. If products returned are found to be damaged by the buyers' handling, the buyer will be liable for damaged goods.

Upon receiving the products back Chelmer Food Service will inspect the products and if they are in fact damaged/ there is a quality issue, Chelmer Food Service will offer a full refund to the same account details given by the buyer when the order was made within 7 working days.
The refund will include delivery costs including costs of damaged or defective products.

If a product is opened and used the order cannot be returned, refunded, or canceled.

The buyer is fully responsible for arranging the return of any products to Chelmer Food Service.
